Dress Rental Terms & Disclaimer

All dress rentals are for a 5-day period, with pick-up available Thursdays (9 AM - 5 PM) and returns due by Monday (9 AM - 5 PM) unless otherwise arranged. If your event falls outside of these days, please contact us via our contact form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For shipped rentals, dresses are dispatched on Wednesdays via overnight courier, though rural delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Returns must be sent via courier by the following Wednesday, unless arranged otherwise.

While no bond is required, we highly recommend purchasing our $10 Insurance Card, which covers minor snags, spills, and small damages. This does not cover total loss, destruction, or non-return of the dress—you will be fully liable for the replacement cost in such cases. If you do not purchase insurance and the dress is returned in less than immaculate condition, full cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be charged. This includes any damage caused while attempting to clean the dress yourself.
